SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 25 (SeeNews) – The net profit of Bosnian state-controlled telecoms operator BH Telecom [ SAJ:BHTSR] fell to 59.1 million marka ($43.6 million/30.2 million euro) in the first half of 2011 from 66 million marka a year earlier, company data showed.

BH Telecom is the largest of the three telecoms operating in Bosnia, which comprises a Muslim-Croat Federation and a Serb Republic. The company is based in Bosnia's capital Sarajevo and has customers mainly in the Federation.
The other two Bosnian telecoms are HT Mostar, which is active in the Federation, and Telekom Srpske which operates in the Serb Republic.
